Terms and conditions of use

The Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Sublim-SD SRL, located at the address r. Ialoveni s. Ulmu, Republic of Moldova (as the case may be – seller/owner) and user/customer, in the version valid at the time of making a transaction in the online store www.delyo.md (as the case may be – website), accessing it at the user's risk.

All materials related to the online store are the property of Sublim-SD SRL. The reproduction, storage or transmission of parts, or their entire content, without the prior consent of the owner, is prohibited.

Sublim-SD SRL reserves the right to add, modify or delete, in whole or in part, the information on this website, without any prior warning. The owner also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the online store, in whole or in part, without any prior notification obligation.

Sublim-SD SRL does not assume responsibility for the content of any third-party websites to which there are hypertext connections, does not respond and does not offer guarantees for the information contained on these sites. The online store can be used by any person of any age under the conditions stipulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova. In the case of the sale of alcohol, the online store can be used, according to the legal provisions, only by people who have reached the age of 18.

Any user who visits the online store and provides personal data expressly and unequivocally consents to the processing of this data by Sublim-SD SRL, in accordance with the provisions of Law 133/08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data and their free circulation, as well as any future regulations.

The online store www.delyo.md is only a catalog of products. By displaying the products in the online store, the seller makes a public offer and invites the customer to make a purchase from the presented products, concluding a sales contract, under the conditions specified on this site. All offers displayed in our online store are valid while stocks last. Prices are expressed in MDL and include all taxes. Item and pricing information is subject to typographical/display errors. Objective errors of displaying a wrong price do not oblige the seller to conclude the contract.

The user, by registering on the site, selecting the product and paying for it, accepts the offer, agrees to the conditions of placing the order, sale and delivery of production, as well as to the obligations assigned to the user within this offer and undertakes to respects them. Claims regarding the terms of sale can be submitted to the seller, and the return of the money paid for the products to the user and/or the replacement of the products is carried out by the seller in accordance with the law.

The user agrees that the seller can establish additional conditions for the sale of products, about which he notifies the users by publishing the information on the online store www.delyo.md

The seller's public offer, displayed on our website, corresponds to legal provisions on consumer protection, which the user has the right to be aware of. The user confirms that he is informed about the content of this offer, is aware of all the changes and additions made and agrees with its conditions.

Any conflict arising between the www.delyo.md website and its users, regarding its access or use, will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent authorities of the city of Ialoveni, the applicable law being the law of the Republic of Moldova.
